Experience
Debbie is a results-driven individual with 14 years of leadership experience at Nordstrom Inc.  She held several successful management and buying assignments that lead her to her final assignment with Nordstrom as the Store Manager of the Palo Alto store in the Stanford Shopping Center.  Debbie began her real estate career at McGuire Real Estate in Burlingame.  Having perfected her service and sales skills during her leadership career with Nordstrom, Debbie became a Top Producer in her first year, and continued this achievement in 2004, 2005, and 2006.  Her experiences with such great service-oriented companies has given her a strong foundation for her current assignment at Alain Pinel Realtors in Burlingame, serving San Mateo County.  She and her husband James have lived in San Mateo for several years.  Debbie is a native to Northern California, and James was born in San Mateo.  Debbie finds the Peninsula to be an amazing community to work and reside in.

Education
The majority of Debbie's education is her professional experience and dedication to customer service. "While at Nordstrom Inc., I learned so much from the people and the customers I served." Debbie's formal education was earned at California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science.

As Debbie Sharp’s Business Assistant, Lisa Fujimoto’s top priority is ensuring that each client’s experience is pleasant and thorough. She is a detail-oriented person who will take the time to make sure every need is met from the initial client consultation to the close of escrow…and beyond!

Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature (with a minor in Japanese and an emphasis in Asian American Studies) from the University of California at Santa Barbara. While there, she also co-founded a Japanese American Student Union and worked closely with the Santa Maria Japanese American Community Center to initiate an Oral History Project to capture the stories of local community members who had survived the WWII internment camps.

In her 7 years with Nordstrom Inc, Lisa held several management positions that allowed her to manage and support sales teams in various locations of the San Francisco Bay Area. Her ability to establish lasting relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors has been one of her greatest strengths. Lisa’s experience with such a leader in the service industry has prepared her for her role at McGuire Real Estate in Burlingame, serving the San Mateo County. Lisa and her pets currently live in Menlo Park, having recently moved from San Francisco. Lisa was raised in San Jose, and has had the chance to experience life in many areas of the San Francisco Bay Area.
